How to measure for an E-Collar:
E-Collars are to fit very snug. Either higher on the neck than a flat collar, or lower on the neck if using a prong or slip collar. (Consult with your dog trainer for proper fit and placement)

Unused items in their original packaging may be considered for return. Returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of receiving the items. 30% restocking fee will be applied. Returns only, no exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
