RuffLand Kennels are ordered when Pre-Orders meet our minimum order quantity. Kennels are then made to order and can take 12-14 weeks to be delivered to our shop. If you have questions please contact us prior to ordering: hello@konadogwear.com
Kennel pre-orders can be cancelled prior to the order going into production with a 10% administration fee. Orders cancelled after production has begun will incur a 20% restocking fee.
