Shipping

All orders will ship in 7-10 business days with the exception of large wholesale orders. Some pre-sale items will take longer to ship and you will be informed of the timeline at the time of the pre-sale. Packages are sent USPS or UPS and insured up to $100, if additional insurance is required please reach out to us. Tracking information will be sent to the email on file used to place the order. Kona Dog Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You have the option to purchase package insurance should this be a concern to you.

Local Pick Up

You have the option to choose local pick up if you are in the Mesa, AZ area. Orders placed online for in-store pick up will be available in approximately 24-48 hours

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving the order ready email. Failure to pick up your order in this time will result in order cancellation and a 30% restocking fee. Do not choose order pick up if you are unable to meet this timeline.
