Kona Dog Wear was responsive and followed up, even double checked to make sure I was doing pick up or shipping and had the right address. My order took months to fulfill so I extra appreciated the communication and commitment to making sure things were right. As for the product I received, a mini ruffland kennel, I absolutely love it and it fits both my 11lb and 16lb dog! The picture is of my 11lb Maltese mix. Despite the name “mini”, it’s actually quite roomy for pups on the smaller side. It also worked great for my sister’s cat with the top door and is a fantastic option for larger cats.
